How do I start a business in Denmark?

Register your business and receive a CVR-number. You can create a business on the Danish Business Authority’s website “Virk”. 

Press ”Start” and log in via NemID 'medarbejdersignatur' or NemID Private. 

Accept the terms and choose “Continue”. Choose the preferred type of company to start registration.

When the registration is complete you’ll receive an email and you can continue on to ordering NemID, NemKonto and creating a digital mailbox.
