This information has to be easily located and clearly explained on the website or app you sign up for Online Payments:

Company name, address and registration number (CVR)
Contact details (at the very least this must include a customer service email, though a phone number is recommended)
Products, pricing, shipping, and your return policy
Terms and conditions
Privacy policy
Receipts for customers after a purchase is made
Visa and Mastercard logos
SSL certification for the website
