Where do I find my signed agreements?

You click on your profile icon → go to the tab "Agreements".

How do I update my new address upon moving?

In order to update your address, we need a picture of your yellow health insurance card or a receipt of moving from borger.dk.

If you e.g need to order a new card right away and the address is not up to date, please contact our support team, they are more than ready to help you. That way we can change your address manually.

I changed my phone number, what do I do?

If your phone number has changed since your sign up, you can put in the correct one under Profile icon → edit profile.

I changed my email, what do I do?

If your email has changed since your sign up, you can put in the correct one under Profile icon → edit profile.
