How do I apply for a loan at Basisbank through Lunar?

You can apply for a loan at Basisbank through Lunar, just go to our products tab in the app. Click on “Loan”, follow the instructions, answer the questions and lastly sign the application with your NemID.

If you have push messages on in the app, you will receive a message within 24 hours regarding your application. Basisbank will let you know whether your application is approved or rejected.

If your loan has been approved, you will receive an e-mail from Basisbank, describing the process for the signing and payout.
