My name no longer matches what's on my driver's license/passport

Your information will be sent to us automatically as soon as it's been updated in the Public Danish Registry.

This means that the case should be resolved automatically unless you have enabled address protection.
The process can take up to 6-8 working days, and we kindly ask for your patience. If your information isn't updated after 8 working days, please contact our support.

If you have name and address protection enabled, we will reach out to you when documentation is required.

Please note that the name on your cards will not automatically update. If you wish to have your updated name on your cards, you have to reorder them.
