Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Provider The campaign is offered by Lunar Bank A/S, CVR no. 36982837, Hack Kampmanns Plads 10, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark.
2. Campaign Period The campaign is valid for all applications submitted on Monday, 10 November 2025, from 00:01 to 23:59 (CET).
3. Who can participate? The campaign is open to all Danish companies (with a valid CVR number) that apply for a Lunar Business account during the campaign period. Existing Lunar Business customers cannot participate.
4. How to participate (Campaign Mechanics) A company automatically participates when it submits a complete application for a Lunar Business account within the campaign period. The prize (Apple AirPods Pro) is awarded to every 10th company that applies during the campaign period and is subsequently approved as a Lunar Business customer. The order is determined by the timestamp of the submitted application. Lunar Bank A/S will compile a list of all approved customers who applied during the campaign period and sort this list by application time. The prize will be awarded to no. 10, no. 20, no. 30, no. 40 (etc.) on this final, approved list. Final approval of the company must be completed by X to be eligible for the prize.
5. Prize The prize is 1 (one) set of Apple AirPods Pro with an estimated retail value of DKK 1,999 (incl. VAT). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. A maximum of X sets of AirPods Pro will be awarded.
6. Receiving the Prize Eligible companies will be notified directly via email after their application has been finally approved. The prize will be sent to the address provided during registration, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability and Tax (Disclaimer) The prize is awarded to the company (CVR no.) and is considered operating income for the company. The recipient company is solely responsible for all reporting and payment of any tax, VAT, or other duties that the prize may trigger. Lunar Bank A/S disclaims all liability in connection with the tax treatment of the prize by the recipient.
8. Trademark Disclaimer This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Apple Inc. Apple and AirPods Pro are registered trademarks of Apple Inc.
9. Other Terms Lunar Bank A/S reserves the right to change or terminate the campaign without notice. Decisions made by Lunar Bank A/S in connection with the campaign are final. We accept no liability for printing errors.
