When you choose Lunar Business as your corporate bank, you’ll get a completely digital bank. We have made it easy to manage most of it directly in our app on your mobile. But should you need help, our support team is available every day.
We do not offer any advisors or personal contact persons. That is one of the things we do differently to be able to offer our affordable corporate packages.

We have our own banking license, and like all other Danish banks, we are supervised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. This means, among other things, that there are a wide range of guidelines that we comply with, and that your money is covered by the Guarantee Fund up to 100,000 euros (approx. DKK 750,000).

Switching to Lunar Business is easy. You apply digitally directly from your mobile or computer, and if you have any questions, our support team is ready to help every day. Once you have completed your application, it will be processed by our team as soon as possible. If your application is approved, we can help you transfer, for example, an existing Nemkonto and other agreements. You will need to contact your other bank yourself to terminate a previous commitment.

When applying for a business account with Lunar Business, you pay a 0 DKK start-up fee on popular packages. You then choose the package that best suits your business, and only pay for what you need. No extra fees, just a transparent monthly or annual fee.

With Lunar Business Essential, you can share access to your business account with one more person, and with Limitless, you can invite an unlimited number of people.
Those you choose to share the account with will have full access. This means you provide full visibility, and the people you invite can pay and manage the accounting for you.

Yes, Lunar is built to make banking easy to manage, no matter where you are. This means you can manage your banking directly on your mobile phone, whenever it suits you.

With Lunar Essential and Limitless, you can connect your business account directly with accounting tools like Dinero, Billy, or e-conomic. When connected, transactions and receipts from your Lunar account can be automatically sent to your accounting system. For example, you can upload a receipt when you make a payment in the Lunar app, and it will appear in your accounting tool so your accountant only needs to categorise it.
This helps reduce manual bookkeeping work and keeps your financial records organised in your accounting system.

After your Lunar business account is opened, you can set it as your company’s NemKonto so payments from public authorities (such as VAT refunds, tax settlements, or grants) are deposited directly into your Lunar account. The change is handled digitally, and once the NemKonto is updated, future payments from the public sector will be sent to your Lunar business account. You won’t lose any payments during the transition.

When you switch to Lunar, your existing Betalingsservice or Leverandørservice agreements don’t automatically move with your old bank account. You may need to update the bank account linked to these agreements so payments continue to flow through your new Lunar business account. This is usually done through the provider you use to manage the agreements.

On our Essential and Limitless plans, you can add up to 3 additional administrators. You grant them their own access to the Web Portal and App, allowing them to reconcile accounts or prepare payments, while you retain the final "Swipe to Approve" authority.

While many traditional Danish banks still offer 0% (or even negative) interest on business deposits, Lunar currently offers +0.75% interest on balances up to 5,000,000 DKK (Limitless plan). For a business with healthy liquidity, the interest earned often completely subsidises the cost of the bank subscription.
