• A valid CVR number (Danish business registration number).
• Your personal MitID.
• Your CPR number.
• A valid photo ID (e.g., passport or driver's license).
• A photo of your yellow health card or other document confirming your address.
• A brief description of your business plan and model.
• Your official industry code.
• Details about how your business will be operating (e.g., customers, platforms, expected turnover, etc.).
• A recent bank statement from your current bank (if applicable).

We may ask for further documentation after your initial application is submitted. This could include a budget, partnership agreements, or documents confirming your name and address.

Yes, a Business account from Lunar lives up to all the legal requirements. As a business in Denmark, you need to have a business NemKonto—you can use your Lunar Business account for this.

It’s safe to have your account at Lunar. Like all other banks in Denmark, we’re supervised by Finanstilsynet (The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority), which basically means your money is safe with us. Your money is also covered by Danish deposit insurance, which protects bank deposits in financial institutions with amounts equivalent to 100,000 EUR.
