In the Back Office & FCP team, our primary task is to make sure that we can manage and support our users in all aspects. We handle all user information, and make sure that our KYC is out of this world! Only then can we ensure that both new and existing users get through the right due diligence, are screened appropriately, and that their activities are handled with care across the whole Lunar platform.

Welcome to the engine room of Lunar. We’re the Back Office & FCP team and we maintain a top-of-the-line standard throughout Lunar’s front line. We cover many different functions, but always with the goal of maintaining a good relationship with our users. Regardless of whether we're dealing with financial crime prevention, credit screening or general surveillance of user activity.
